Victorian Simmental breeders' Dinner

Three Victorian Simmental breeders were recognised for their services to the breed at the Victorian branch dinner, held the night before the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Melbourne. There was a reasonable attendance from Victorian members and their guests who were able to enjoy the evening with federal council members from various parts of Australia.  

 

During the nights proceedings, Geoff Cockerell, Gelora Park, Portarlington, and Peter Wenn, Pinaroo Hills, Narre Warren, were both presented with certificates in recognition of their services to the Simmental breed by Bill Almond, Kensileyre, Wagga Wagga, NSW.

 

Hayden Chapel, Koopa Creek, Tennyson, was also awarded a Victorian junior achievement award for his display of enthusiasm and passion for the breed.
