Governor's Cup

Loreen and Tony Kitchen, Bandeeka, Elgin, made a great achievement in winning the coveted Governor's Cup for the second year in a row and for the third time after first winning it in 1998. This is the first time an exhibitor has won the cup three times.

It is awarded to the exhibitor who has won the most points in the five livestock sections at the show (sheep, cattle, alpacas, horses and goats).

The Kitchens excelled in the Simmentals, Red Angus and Braunvieh sections of the stud beef cattle judging at this year's show.
