Repeating their run of successes with their Simbrahs, Barry and Doreen Cooke, Tharland, Miles, achieved the Most Successful Exhibitor and scored the Champion pen of Three Steers with their Simbrah entries at the prestigious Beef Galore, Dalby in October.

Their pen of three Simbrahs averaged 660 kg and sold for 213.2 c/kg or $1,407 per head to AMH.

They also gained Reserve Champion pen of three grainfed steers, with their 670 kg Simbrahs selling for 211.2 c/kg or $1,415 per head to Oakey Meats.
