Simmental Bulls Sell to $8,000

 

$8,000 top price was achieved for a Simmental bull at the
WA Supreme Bull Sale at Brunswick on February 17.

The Patterson family, Bullockhills Simmentals, Katanning gained the top price for Bullock Hills Yule-Du, purchased by Murray and Jason Patterson, Three Springs.
The  956 kg bull had an EMS of 132 sq cm and impressive Breedplan EBVs.

Bullock Hills stud also sold Bullock Hills Yamaha for $5,000 to ME & SH Cockram, Ginara Simmentals, Gingin and two bulls at $4,200 to RB McNabb & Co, Donnybrook and FR & LF Prosser, Nannup. They sold all six of their bulls for a $4,600 average.

Robert and Minnie Italiano, Rosemont Simmentals, Harvey, sold their six bulls for a $4,467 average. Their Rosemont Park Yorkshire sold for $7,800 to FJ & M Foster & Sons, Cowaramup. They sold Rosemont Park Yogi for $5,400 to Kevin and Janice Hard, Naracoopa Simmentals, Denmark.

David & Audrey Weightman, Topweight Simmentals, Margaret River, sold Topweight Y Not for $5,000 to IR & RB Staples, Harvey and another bull sold for $4,800, with other sales after the auction.

JF & MM Macaulay, Tenderloin Simmentals, Coolup, sold Tenderloin Xcellence for $3,600 to Phil Petricevich, Pinjarra.
